I forgot to read that part, but my guess is 18 to 20 inches. So to little toddlers it will appear to be playmate size. The only reason I even know about this toy is because my 5 year old niece has one and I saw a demonstration. It is a very life-like animated entertainer. He tells stories, sings songs, sits on a provided stool, crosses his legs, mouth moves in sync with talking and singing. If you knock him over he'll say something like "Oops! Elmo fell down" and when you pick him up he says "You're my best friend". Build a little stage. Gather the little ones together. Elmo will provide a wonderful show. I think it takes about 10 minutes for Elmo to go through his whole routine. I'm considering buying one for myself. |
